2. Platform Description

Sellola is an e-commerce marketplace platform operating in Pakistan that connects buyers and sellers. We facilitate transactions between users but are not a party to any sale or purchase agreement. We provide the platform, payment processing, and related services.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Providing accurate and complete information - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use - Being at least 18 years old or having parental consent We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: - Cash on Delivery (COD) - JazzCash - EasyPaisa - Bank Account Transfer For online payments (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer): - You must provide a valid Transaction ID (TID) - Payment amount must match the order total - Payment screenshot must be uploaded for verification - Orders will be processed only after payment verification All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: - We deliver throughout Pakistan - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout - Free shipping may apply to orders above a certain amount - Delivery times vary by location (typically 3-7 business days) - Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: - Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery - Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer - Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after return verification - Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return Refund Methods: - Refunds will be processed through the original payment method - For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet - Processing time: 5-10 business days

7. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must: - Provide accurate product descriptions and images - Maintain adequate inventory - Process orders within the specified timeframe - Handle customer inquiries promptly - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations - Not sell prohibited or illegal items Sellola reserves the right to remove products or suspend seller accounts for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Sellola or its licensors and is protected by Pakistani copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law: - Sellola is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product - We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers - We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
